WAAAUB Elections 2009
Thursday, 30 April 2009

Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform you that the elections of the WAAAUB Council and Board of Directors will take place between May 15, 2009 and June 10, 2009.

You will be receiving shortly an electronic ballot forms to be completed by you for voting and to be postmarked no later than June 10, 2009.  You are kindly asked to inform us if you do not receive a ballot by May 15, 2009, in order to ask the Alumni office to provide you with one.

If you prefer to have the paper ballot material mailed to you, please e-mail your name, address and member number to Intelliscan - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (610) 935-6172 (in the US). When the election ballots are sent out, your ballot will be physically mailed to you rather than sent electronically.

E-voting will be facilitated for Alumni with valid email addresses.

Your participation in these elections is very important for the success of our association.

We shall keep you informed of all developments related to WAAAUB activities.

Mount Lebanon Chapter will be holding in Hazmieh Rotana hotel a presentation to clarify the voting process, on 7 May 2009, at 7:00PM.

The AUB Alumni of Mount Lebanon Chapter “Cultural Committee”, in coordination with WAAAUB, under the auspices & presence of H.E. Minister of information Dr. Tarek Mitri, have the pleasure to invite you to attend the “Brain Drain” Seminar (Causes & Solutions).
